What is the meaning of happiness?

Some see happiness in money, some see it in love, some see it in health, some see happiness as temporary, some see it in all of the above, although it is impossible for money, love and health to come together in a person’s life unless he is lucky!

Money may be available, but it certainly does not bring true love, and true love may be doomed to failure without money due to the difficulty of life that we live today. Health remains the closest thing to achieving happiness and a precious treasure that many do not give appropriate importance to. When health is good, money comes and love comes, and even If its arrival is delayed, enjoying good health makes a person live without pain, able to work, and psychologically stable. To find a life partner!

Some believe that happiness is the only means to psychological satisfaction and inner peace that a person seeks. It is a sensual feeling that we cannot touch or hear, but we can embody it in reality, whether with a smile, a good expression and a kind word, or even with laughter. There is no doubt that true happiness is a wonderful and joyful feeling that everyone seeks.

There are studies that began thousands of years ago, when scientists and philosophers began to monitor the meaning of happiness. They concluded that the philosophical meaning of happiness is well-being, but the psychological meaning of it is a state of self-satisfaction, through satisfaction with some ideas. Feelings and behaviour’s, in addition to the person’s reconciliation with himself and his ability to deal with the stresses of daily life. There have been very logical studies because they are based on measuring two basic dimensions: the first: signs of happiness, and the second dimension: how happiness is reflected in an individual’s productivity, indicating that happiness is an environment that nurtures psychologically and mentally. Social, positive and creative health and interaction with others.

Happiness is not a static state, but rather a dynamic state, not specific, but rather a relative state that varies from one person to another and from one society to another. Take an example of comparisons between people through what they present to express their personality on social media between individuals. It is reflected positively, as it pushes the person to do more work, and thus more happiness, but if it is negative, it leads to self-destruction and depletes the individual’s ability to Manage himself. There are other interpretations of the concept of happiness and its relationship to a person’s age and needs. When an individual obtains a certain thing, it is called temporary happiness. However, it opens the door to the concept of sustainable happiness, clarifying that happiness is not a state of happiness. The individual reaches it, but it is a dynamic process that a person aspires to throughout his entire life. .

Life taught us that if sadness had not passed through our lives, we would not have known the meaning of happiness, and had it not been for the suffering of illness, we would not have realized the value of health and the beauty of living life without illness or pain, and we would not have realized the value of health and the beauty of life we live without illness. Were it not for the suffering of poverty, we would not have realized the true meaning of wealth or self-sufficiency, nor would we have worked hard to improve our living.

In order to understand the concept of happiness, perhaps we should ask how many people love us in life, not how many people we love? Our love for others is a selfish representation of us, but whoever loves us gives us appreciation and this beautiful emotional warmth and a feeling of confidence and presence, and that we have a good position in life. Without someone in our life who loves us or family and friends, life may be meaningless.

There are many interpretations of the meaning of happiness, and every person sees it in a different way. Everyone sees it based on their level of education and understanding of life, and some depend on what they lack in the means of living that they see as achieving happiness and luxury, such as luxuries, real estate, and money, and some see it in making others happy and bringing joy to their hearts. ?

It is not necessary for a person to be beautiful, have money, health, or success at work to be happy. There are several inputs to happiness, including a good economic situation, social status, and stable work. Family and work life. Over time, these inputs lead a person to a certain threshold of happiness. It is certain that these inputs will be changed later in order to focus on sustainable happiness. Therefore, we must reach the conviction that it is impossible for a person to reach absolute conviction in the concept of happiness, as with age the individual begins to form other concepts of the concept of happiness.

But in order to get to know yourself well and know what the concept of happiness is for you, have you ever asked yourself this question: Do you think that you are a positive person in life?

Simply put, what have you brought to life and what is your role in the lives of others?

What have you given to society, or do you think that everyone around you is there in life to serve you and work to make you happy?

When you find the answer to all these questions, maybe you will know the true meaning of happiness!
